Refund policy

You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to ask for a return.

What we can accept back

Products that are unopened and still sealed, in their original packaging, with proof of purchase.

What we cannot accept back

We cannot take back a beauty or personal care product once the seal is broken, or once the product has been opened or used. This is a hygiene rule. It protects every customer who orders after you.

We cannot refund promotional offers. This includes buy one get one free, free gift offers, and any bundle bought at an offer price. If you bought on an offer, the items are yours to keep, but they cannot be returned for a refund.

There is one exception to both rules, below.

If your order arrived damaged, faulty, or wrong

That is our problem. It does not matter whether the product was opened, or whether you bought it on an offer.

Message us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will replace the item or refund it in full. You do not pay for the return courier.

How to start a return

  1. Message us on WhatsApp at +971 50 470 1691, or email angwecare6@gmail.com. Include your order number.
  2. We confirm whether the return is accepted, usually the same working day.
  3. Once we confirm, send the item to: Warehouse 4, First Al Khail Street, Al Quoz, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Please do not send anything back before we confirm it. We cannot accept a package we were not expecting.

Your refund

We check the returned item and approve or decline within 3 working days. We tell you either way.

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 7 to 14 working days. The exact time depends on your bank.

If you paid cash on delivery, we refund by bank transfer and we will ask you for your account details.

Delivery charges

If the return is our fault, we cover the return courier. If you changed your mind, you cover it.

Cancelling an order

You can cancel any time before your order ships. Message us as soon as you can and we will stop it.
